In my current position as a Paraeducator for the Spring Garden School District I work in a 3rd grade learning support classroom with 15 students to provide them with individual assistance guidance and redirection when necessary.

I am a patient educator who enjoys helping students reach their full potential by showing a bit of individual attention to those in need. I have an extensive knowledge of educational principles and am comfortable working with a variety of students. My communication skills allow me to reach students of all developmental levels and cognitive abilities. I have been praised by my supervising teacher for my ability to make progress toward the individual goals of children who had struggled in the past. I would love the opportunity to transfer my skills and knowledge to the Paraeducator position at your school district.
