With a recently acquired Bachelor’s Degree in Retail Management and six years of retail experience I believe I am ready to move into a first line retail supervisory position.

My current role has allowed me an in-depth knowledge of merchandising and leading other retail associates. I understand that as a Key Holder I will be the first-line contact for customers who need more information. My excellent critical thinking and customer service skills allow me to quickly and courteously resolve most issues.Although I love my job working for JC Penney I am ready to move to a Key Holder position. My superb natural leadership abilities and strong interpersonal skills allow for company success and increased sales. My schedule flexibility further allows me the ability to come in on short notice.
