In my current position at Talon Company Nameeum I spearheaded Culture Change training for the top 400 managers in the US. This effort required buy-in by all departments a coordinated consistent message and follow through to ensure the new employee policies were being carried out. Within a year my department conducted 16 major workshops all over the country followed by 4 more at the corporate office for the human resources staff. In my capacity as Manager of the Employee Assistance Program with the state government I became intimately involved with both state and federal employment regulations and developed a positive rather than adversarial relationship with the NLRB.
