When I moved to a private preschool setting I was able to bring my creativity and experience to expand both the social and educational experience of students. With a degree in early childhood education I understand the importance of structure teacher to student ratios and curriculum in addition to positive collaboration with parents and teachers. By fostering a healthy and open relationship with all parties I was able to increase the retention rate of two and three-year-olds and as well as the registration of their younger siblings. I began my career as a teacher in the classroom and have carried that experience with me as an aid to my management perspective. In addition to a focus on education staffing and the daily operations I also adhere to budget restraints as required.
