In my current position as Landscape Architect at Polaris Design I’ve designed outdoor spaces for numerous clients from concept site plans specifications and cost estimates to selecting appropriate materials and evaluating environmental impact. Using computer aided design software I usually prepare three designs to present to the client along with future time projections to allow for visualization of the space once the plants and tress have been established. One of my largest contracts and one I’m most proud of was with Hanson College to design their campus. They were more than pleased with the garden areas walk ways and especially the roof-top gardens that retain storm water cool buildings and add beauty.
